Google's AI Flight Deals Expands

Google is globally launching its AI-powered 'Flight Deals' tool within Google Flights, designed to help travellers find affordable options. Users can describe their ideal trip in natural language, specifying when, where, and how they want to travel. The AI then analyses real-time data to present the best available bargains, understanding user intent to identify suitable destinations and dates.

Flight Deals has already rolled out to over 200 countries and territories, with support for over 60 languages. Google is also working on integrating booking capabilities directly into AI Mode, allowing users to complete flight and hotel reservations with industry partners. This feature is currently available to US Labs users for event tickets and local appointments, with plans to expand it to flights and hotels in the future.
