Isotopes, a startup co-founded by former Scale AI CTO and Hadoop creator Arun Murthy, has launched a sophisticated AI analytics agent named Aidnn. The agent aims to bridge the gap between big data infrastructure and business users by enabling them to interact with data using natural language.
Aidnn uses large language models to allow business managers to ask questions and generate complex planning documents, gathering information from various sources like finance applications, ERP, CRM, and cloud storage. Isotopes has already filed for 10 patents related to this technology.
The company secured $20 million in seed funding. Murthy's background includes co-founding Hortonworks and his role at Scale AI, giving him extensive experience in data analytics and AI. Isotopes faces competition from established players like Salesforce's Tableau, but aims to expand its technology and operations to better serve the market.
