Fractal provides AI and analytics services to Fortune 500 companies. Fractal has invested in Generative AI, with offerings like Fractal GPT and Kalaido.ai.
Prior to this IPO filing, Fractal raised $170 million through a secondary share sale, valuing the company at $2.44 billion. The IPO is expected to raise between $400 million and $500 million. The company intends to use the capital to expand its AI capabilities and for research and development.
