Edge Launches CoPilot Mode

Microsoft has released CoPilot Mode for its Edge browser, integrating AI features directly into the browsing experience. This update allows users to interact with the web in a more intuitive way, with AI anticipating needs and offering assistance. CoPilot Mode includes features such as voice navigation, streamlined tab management, and the ability to summarise content across multiple tabs.

CoPilot Vision enables the browser to scan and analyse the screen, offering contextual suggestions. Microsoft emphasises user control and privacy, with clear visual cues indicating when CoPilot is active and options to easily toggle the mode on or off. Data collection is limited to what is necessary to improve the user experience, adhering to Microsoft's privacy standards.
