What happened

Zen Media launched GEO GPT™, an AI visibility diagnostic tool, to measure brand presence within generative AI responses. The system operates in three phases: building a brand knowledge base from a URL, generating a 100-prompt test set excluding brand names, and executing these prompts against Claude (Anthropic) and GPT-5 (OpenAI). Results, including Overall Visibility and Market Position, are delivered to a private dashboard, quantifying how often and where a brand is recommended by AI models. Zen Media CEO Duran Inci stated AI is already shortlisting brands, making this measurement critical.
