Shekhar Natarajan, Founder and CEO of Orchestro.AI, introduced his "Angelic Intelligence" framework at the AI Summit on Trust, Safety, and the Future of AI Governance on February 19, 2026. This framework embeds virtue directly into AI computational architecture, moving beyond reactive governance. It employs 27 specialised AI agents, "Digital Angels," each embodying a specific virtue from diverse wisdom traditions. These agents deliberate and reach consensus before system decisions, ensuring ethics are native to the AI's operation. The UK previously recognised this approach, awarding Natarajan a Global Impact prize.
