Bevel, an AI-driven health companion, has secured $10 million in Series A funding led by General Catalyst. The investment aims to expand the team and accelerate the development of the Bevel platform, extending its reach across more aspects of everyday health. Bevel integrates data from wearables and user habits related to sleep, fitness, and nutrition to provide personalised insights.
Bevel's AI engine analyses daily behaviours across recovery, strain, sleep, and nutrition, helping users identify patterns and build habits that improve both performance and longevity. It syncs with devices like Apple Watch, Dexcom, and Libre, with Garmin integration in development. Bevel has experienced substantial growth, with over 100,000 daily active users and an 8x increase over the past year. The average user opens the app eight times per day, and retention exceeds 80% after 90 days.
Bevel Intelligence, the company's AI system, unifies sleep, exercise, nutrition and lifestyle habits into a single, adaptive model of each user's health. The platform helps users understand how different aspects of their health connect, moving beyond simple tracking to provide true understanding and informed decision-making.
