Jack & Jill, a London-based HR tech firm, has secured $20 million in seed funding to expand its AI-powered recruitment platform to the US. The platform utilises conversational AI agents, named Jack and Jill, to streamline the recruitment process for both job seekers and employers. Jack engages with job seekers to understand their experience and career goals, while Jill assists employers in defining job roles and identifying suitable candidates.
Jack & Jill's AI agents replace traditional resumes and job listings with AI-driven interviews, aiming to improve the quality of job placements and reduce inefficiencies. Jill can assess thousands of conversations daily, offering faster and more cost-effective recruitment compared to traditional methods. Since its launch six months ago, Jack & Jill has integrated with hundreds of companies in London, with 49,000 candidates interacting with Jack.
The company's platform dynamically matches candidates with suitable positions, charging employers a commission for successful hires. The funding will be used to expand the team, invest in AI compliance and safety, and broaden the network of employer integrations. Jack & Jill aims to make job searching and hiring as easy as having a conversation.
