Google has unveiled the Pixel 10 series, showcasing advanced AI capabilities powered by the Tensor G5 chip and Gemini Nano. The new Magic Cue feature anticipates user needs, proactively surfacing relevant information and suggesting actions. For example, when calling an airline, booking details from Gmail automatically appear. Gemini Live offers real-time visual guidance, highlighting solutions directly on the screen.
The Pixel 10 boasts enhanced camera features, including Camera Coach for real-time guidance on lighting and composition, and Auto Best Take for perfect group shots. The updated Add Me feature integrates the photographer into group photos more effectively. The devices also introduce AI-powered video generation from text descriptions. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold achieves IP68 dust and water resistance.
Alongside the phones, Google announced the Pixel Watch 4 with Gemini integration for personalised fitness and health coaching, and emergency satellite services. The Pixel Buds 2a offer active noise cancellation and Gemini integration. Gemini for Home will replace Google Assistant, offering improved smart home controls and natural language support.
