Google Unveils AI Ultra

Google has announced 'AI Ultra', a new subscription plan providing enhanced access to its AI services. Priced at $249.99 per month, it offers users access to cutting-edge models like Veo 3 and unlimited usage of features such as Flow, Google's new AI film-making app, and Deep Research. Subscribers also gain early access to Deep Think, an enhanced reasoning mode within the Gemini 2.5 Pro model, Project Mariner, and Gemini in Chrome.

AI Ultra includes 30TB of cloud storage across Google Photos, Drive, and Gmail, along with YouTube Premium. Google is also revamping its existing AI Premium plan, renaming it 'Google AI Pro' and including Flow and early access to Gemini in Chrome for $19.99 per month. AI Ultra is currently available in the US, with a 50% discount for the first three months.

Google AI Ultra aims to provide VIP access to all of Google's AI features, offering the highest usage limits and access to state-of-the-art models. It also includes access to Whisk, an AI image generation tool, and NotebookLM, with the best model capabilities coming later this year.
