OpenAI is aiming to strengthen its enterprise AI business as companies increasingly integrate AI into their core operations. The company reports that 75% of workers have experienced improvements in work speed or quality due to AI, with some saving considerable time. Currently, OpenAI serves over one million business customers, including major corporations, utilising its technology for customer interactions, internal processes and daily workflows.
Dresser's appointment aligns with OpenAI's strategy to expand its enterprise presence and make AI more accessible to businesses.
