Google has launched Gemini Enterprise, a new platform designed to integrate AI into workplace operations. This platform aims to move beyond simple tasks by transforming entire workflows, providing access to Google's AI models like Gemini 2.5 Pro and Veo 3, alongside AI agents. Gemini Enterprise offers tools such as Deep Research and Data Insights, and a Data Science Agent to automate data processing and model development.
Gemini Enterprise integrates with third-party agents from companies like Box, Slack, and S&P Global, and can access data from Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and SAP. A no-code Workbench allows users to analyse information and automate processes, while a low-code visual builder facilitates the creation of customer engagement agents. For administrators, the platform offers centralised agent management.
Several pricing editions are available, including Gemini Enterprise Standard and Plus for large organisations. Companies such as Gordon Foods, Macquarie Bank and Virgin Voyages have already adopted the platform. Gemini Enterprise provides enterprise-grade data protection, ensuring user submissions are not used for model training or human review. It also applies existing Google Workspace protections, such as data-regions policies and Data Loss Prevention.
