Founded in 2023, Mappa has already secured $3.4 million in seed funding and serves over 130 US clients. Mappa reports a significant reduction in employee attrition, decreasing from an industry average of 30% to just 2%. The company has facilitated over 3,000 hires, with a focus on diversity, including over 60% from women, LGBTQ+, or immigrant groups. Mappa is expanding its API to sectors like investor evaluation and education.
