Despite some analysts' initial reservations about the pace of AI's return on investment, Salesforce remains committed, demonstrated by ventures like the $500 million AI fund. The company's Data Cloud product has seen substantial growth, further reinforcing the potential of AI-driven solutions. Agentforce, made generally available in October 2024, leverages Google's Gemini AI and can be deployed on Google Cloud, enabling agents to work with diverse data types.
