ChatGPT Go provides extended access to popular features, including more GPT-5 messages, multimodal tools like image generation and file uploads, and longer memory. This differs from ChatGPT Plus, which is designed for advanced users and includes expanded access to thinking and legacy models, advanced tools like deep research and Sora video creation. The Go plan includes higher usage limits than the free plan for core chat and tools, with limits varying based on system conditions.
