Jeffrey Katzenberg's WndrCo co-led a $15.5 million Series A funding round for Creatify, an AI-powered video ad platform. This investment aims to fuel Creatify's R&D, expand customer success initiatives, and introduce new features like AI-driven market insights and cross-platform publishing. Creatify's platform automates the entire video ad lifecycle, enabling marketers to create, test, and optimise high-performing video ads quickly.
Creatify has garnered significant traction, exceeding $9 million in annual recurring revenue within 18 months of launch and serving over one million users across 10,000 teams, including major brands like Alibaba.com and Comcast. The platform leverages generative AI models and integrated workflow tools to streamline video ad creation, from initial concept to final optimisation. Creatify's AI agent, AdMax, monitors competitor ads, generates user-generated content-style videos, and uses AI avatars for multilingual production.
This funding round brings Creatify's total funding to $23 million, with participation from Kindred Ventures, NFDG, Creator Ventures, Millennium New Horizons, and Leadout Capital. Katzenberg's involvement underscores the growing importance of AI in advertising and Creatify's potential to redefine how brands connect with audiences.
