Google is intensifying its competition with Microsoft by introducing new tools designed to ensure business continuity during Microsoft 365 service disruptions. Google Workspace is launching two services to facilitate seamless transitions for businesses reliant on Microsoft products. The first service automatically synchronises email and files, enabling employees to switch to Gmail and Drive during Microsoft outages. The second offering is a comprehensive migration package, bundling Google tools with partner solutions like Okta and JumpCloud, to assist enterprises in completely migrating away from Microsoft's ecosystem. These tools aim to capitalise on Microsoft's outages by providing reliable alternatives and simplifying the migration process for corporate clients.
